Harold Aucker Named to All American Team of District Commanders

Recently, Harold Aucker, Post Commander of Selinsgrove VFW 6631 and District 17 Commander, was named to the All American Team of District Commanders. The citation was presented “In recognition of steadfast leadership in all VFW endeavors, thus qualifying as a member of the 2025-2026 All American Team of District Commanders” from the National Headquarters of the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) in Kansas City, Missouri.
Ten VFW District Commanders received this award per state. Harold Aucker was 1 out of 520 people to receive this recognition. District 17 is comprised of 9 different VFW Posts throughout Snyder, Union, Juniata, and Perry Counties.
“I opened my email addressed to All American District Commander and was surprised. The email congratulated me on a job well done. There was a listing by state of all the names. There were ten named as All American District Commanders per state,” explained Aucker. “It was a shock to read the email. Then four days later, I received the certificate in the mail.”
