Delgadillo’s Snow Cap employee shoutout!
Meet Nia!
Nia is in her 2nd year with the Snow Cap 🍦 team and what a difference a year can make!
When Nia first joined us, she was very shy and the fryer quickly became her comfort zone. She was hesitant to step outside that role and learn new positions. This year, we’ve seen a whole new side of Nia!
She has truly come out of her shell and has proven to be a hardworking, efficient and dependable teammate. She now knows her way around the kitchen and has even learned the patio position, selling souvenirs and keeping the patio clean and welcoming.
Nia is an incredibly smart and creative young lady. In her spare time, she loves to crochet 🧶 and makes amazing piñatas for family and friends, just to name a couple of her talents. She made some of the coolest Route 66 piñatas ever!
Nia has a huge love ❤️ for animals which is evident with her 4 adorable dogs! 🐾
Her favorite thing to eat at the Snow Cap is our delicious corn dogs.
We are so proud of how far Nia has come this year and love seeing her confidence continue to grow. Keep up the great work Nia! We’re lucky to have such an amazing young lady on our team!
