My Dad and my Uncle in the late 1980s processing salmon to put in the smoker. Smoking is a traditional way to preserve salmon extending its shelf life and infusing it with bold smokey flavors.

My Grandfather on the deck of his boat the Northern Light. My Grandfather homesteaded in Alaska prior to statehood. Like every homesteader he had to learn to live off the land. This is where my family's deep connection with salmon and commercial fishing began.

Hey Everyone!

I wanted to reach out and let you all know that I’m going to be bringing premium, wild-caught Alaskan Sockeye salmon directly to the Midwest this year.

As many of you know, I grew up commercial fishing on the deck of my family's boat back home in Alaska. After living here in Indiana for the last ten years, I know how hard it is to find truly fresh, high-quality, wild seafood around here.

We are getting ready to open up pre-orders for the upcoming 2026 season. If you are interested in getting some incredible Sockeye salmon for you or your family, please reach out and let me know!
