Wanna learn more about wine?
Pull up a seat at our tasting bar. The Cork & Pullet is all about learning, sharing and enjoying our wines. All of our wines are made from Spanish grape varieties grown here in our estate vineyards. We crush our grapes right at the vineyard, begin fermentation between the rows of grapevines, and complete all of the hand crafting activities here on our five acre estate. At our wine pub, you'll be served by the vigneron, winemaker and co-owner, Marty Johnson. He's been studying wine for almost fifty years and tending grapes and making wine here in the valley for twenty one years. If you're visiting the Zillah area, or passing through, consider a stop at the Cork & Pullet at 781 Gilbert Road, Zillah, WA.
We're open Thursday through Monday from Noon until 5:00pm (Pacific time).

A group of four gets an extra pour 😉 as seating is limited and tickets have been made available-don’t wait for this dinner date!
