To our valued customers and the Seguin community,

At The Palms, we understand that not every dining experience will be perfect, and we genuinely welcome honest feedback. We know there is always room to improve, and if we ever fall short, we want the opportunity to make it right. What we do ask is that criticism remain respectful...
Recently, we’ve seen comments encouraging people to come into our restaurant to harass our staff, intimidate our employees, or damage our property. While everyone has the right to share their opinion, we kindly ask that no one direct hostility toward the hardworking people who come to work every day to serve our community. Our employees are mothers, fathers, students, and neighbors. They deserve to be treated with kindness and respect, regardless of someone’s experience or opinion. We remain committed to serving fresh, quality food, listening to customer feedback, and continuing to improve every day. To everyone who has continued to support our family owned restaurant, thank you. Your encouragement and kindness mean more to us than words can express. We look forward to welcoming you and your families through our doors for many years to come💗
