Owners, Paul and Erin Cummo are delighted to serve up handcrafted, small batch ice creams and sorbets made with only the finest ingredients. sources ingredients locally whenever possible with no added coloring or preservatives. With their doors now open, locals and visitors can expect gourmet artisanal flavors and all of the favorites, homemade right here in the Village of Oak Creek with specialty

flavors added seasonally. Paul and Erin lived and worked in the Village for a few years in the late 1990s while attending classes at Yavapai College- at both the Cottonwood and Prescott campuses. They then returned to the east coast and started their careers and their family. In July of last year, Paul, Erin, and their children Ryan and Paige moved back to the Village of Oak Creek to pursue their dream of owning their own ice cream shop. Paul, artisan ice cream maker, has a passion for making delicious ice creams and sorbets and has for a few years now. They are excited to bring this homemade goodness to all of Sedona and intend to be very active in the community.
