Do you ever notice how you don’t feel heavy and bloated after eating our pizza? 🍕

There’s a thoughtful reason behind that. We’re a family that serves with integrity, and we wouldn’t serve you anything we wouldn’t want to eat ourselves.

Our passion begins with the flour. We use a carefully selected blend of regeneratively grown flour and stone-milled Arizona heritage grains, then give our dough 72 hours to naturally ferment.

B**A is a traditional Italian pre-ferment that we make ourselves in-house. After it has time to slowly ferment, we add it to the mixer with flour and the remaining ingredients to create our final dough.

It takes more time, but it develops deeper flavor, better structure, and that beautifully light texture we’re always working to perfect.

Great pizza starts long before it reaches the oven 🍕

We’re continuously learning, adjusting, refining and finding ways to make it better. Just when we think, this is the best it’s ever been… somehow, it gets even better.
