We are reopening tomorrow and are so grateful.
Operating in the canyon is a gift. The remoteness, the proximity to nature, the steep terrain, the quiet: it’s why we’re here, and why so many of you are too. But we’ve been reminded that the same things we love about this place are what can make it hard. That gift comes with risk and challenges.
Which is why our gratitude runs as deep as the canyon. Over a thousand fire personnel worked to save one of the most cherished places in Arizona and there was no loss of life or property. As such, future visitors and locals will continue to be in awe of its beauty and create memories in the creek or on the trails.
We’re also beyond grateful to be welcoming back our entire staff. Beyond the risk to fire crews, the hospitality industry has taken the largest hit and finding ways to support our staff during the closure is one of our proudest achievements. We are all eager to see one another and welcome you back.
During the closure we’ve kept the garden blooming and starting tomorrow, we’ll be open with a modified menu: pastries, coffee, and grab-and-go, as we get fully back up and running. Full menu returns Wednesday.
Thank you for standing by us and your continued love and support. See you soon.
