Early 1900's wood and masonry buildings still exist along the town's Main Street. Lucy earned her cooking credentials during large roundup and branding operations on the Price Ranch, located on the South Table. Famous through three generations for standard and exotic livestock, the ranch continues to raise about 60 head of buffalo (bison). Emray Price, Jerry's dad, started the buffalo herd in the 1940s. This delicacy is included on the menu here at Lucy's Place.

Lucy's Place will be closed at 3 pm today. The surgery I had yesterday really knocked me off my feet! (Literally!) We are short staffed for the next couple of weeks so I have asked my amazing staff to close at 3 today.

I am so sorry for the inconvenience. We will reopen tomorrow from 7 am to 7 pm.

Happy Memorial Day! Lucy's Place is open until 7 pm today.

Our special today is teriyaki roast beef, cheesy potatoes, green beans, salad bar and dessert for $13.49. Served all day or until quantities last.

If you are in the area visiting our local cemeteries, stop in for a piece of pie, cinnamon roll or pecan rolls! We are preparing yet another batch of rolls this morning! We baked pies yesterday and JJ is making peanut butter and Snickers pies this morning.

Happy Mother's Day! We are open and have our regular specials: Pan-fried fried chicken, roast beef, chicken fried steak or shrimp. Comes with mashed potatoes, veggie, salad bar, and dessert.

I have received many questions as to what we have on the salad bar. Here is what we have today: tossed salad, deviled eggs, pickled red beets, crab salad, pea salad, potato salad, fruit salad, cucumber and onions, pasta salad, cottage cheese, macaroni salad and 5 bean salad!

Served all day or until we run out. We close at 7 pm tonight.
