💙 A Thank You & Goodbye 💙
This is a post I never thought I’d have to write.
After many incredible years, Thyme 2 Dine Streatery is officially closing its window for the final time on 2/14/2026 at Triple B's Car Wash And L**e 🚚✨
What started as a dream turned into a journey filled with long days, late nights, breakdowns, rebuilds, stress, laughter, growth, and memories that will stay with me forever. This food truck wasn’t just a business — it was my life, my passion, my proving ground, and my home on wheels.
To every customer who stood in line, every kid whose smile made it all worth it, every event, every regular, every share, every word of encouragement — THANK YOU 🙏❤️ None of this would have been possible without this community.
To my fellow food truck owners, event organizers, and local businesses — thank you for the support, the friendships, and the lessons along the way.
While this chapter is closing, a new one is beginning. I’m excited to be stepping into a new role in sales at McKibbens Motorsport 🏍️🔥 and grateful for the opportunity to grow in a new direction.

Today, we’re back to our regular schedule at the Highlands County YMCA from 11 AM to 6 PM. Then, we’ll be heading over to Mon Cirque Wine Bar for the evening! 🍷✨
