🌿 An Evening Under the Oaks
Join us for what is quickly becoming Highlands County’s most treasured dining experience — our Farm-to-Table Dinner Fundraiser.
Guests will gather at one long candlelit table beneath a canopy of ancient oak trees, sharing an unforgettable evening of seasonal cuisine, community, and purpose.

Prepared by Chef Kiana Jones with love and creativity, the evening’s menu features:
🍊 Grove-to-Table Citrus Salad
Starters
• Fried Goat Cheese
• Bruschetta
• Bacon-Wrapped Dates

Main Course (Choice of)
• Roasted Chicken Piccata with garlic and vegetable medley
• Blackened Pork Ribeye topped with chimichurri, served with yellow rice and corn bean salsa

✨ Dessert Classic Crème Brûlée

Throughout the evening, our students will serve each course and share the story behind the dishes, making this more than a meal — it’s an experience celebrating education, agriculture, and community.

Chef Kiana Jones has designed an exceptional culinary experience, thoughtfully crafted and beautifully presented.

The menu was created by Chef Kiana, with original artwork illustrated by high school student Maximus Paul-Hus.

During the evening, students will serve each course themselves—offering guests a direct connection to the young people they are investing in. This dinner is more than a meal. It is a living expression of the education taking place: leadership, responsibility, craftsmanship, hospitality, and real-world skill.

Culina Market at The PARC – Temporary Closure Update

Dear Sebring Community,
At Culina Market, we’ve been thrilled to welcome you to our food truck, serving fresh, wholesome meals inspired by our commitment to community and nature at The Academy at the PARC. Your support as we gear up for the school year starting August 12th has been heartwarming, and we’re grateful for every customer who’s joined us on this journey.
Unfortunately, we’ve faced ongoing challenges with our backup generator, which has powered the food truck while we await utility power at our 40-acre property along US 98. Despite our best efforts, we’ve experienced multiple power-related issues, including a recent loss of food in our freezers. To ensure we can deliver the quality and reliability you deserve, we’ve made the tough decision to temporarily pause food truck operations to the public until we have stable utility power.
We’re working closely with local utility providers to get power up and running as soon as possible, with plans to reopen Culina Market later in August. In the meantime, we’re focused on preparing delicious, healthy lunches for our students and staff at The Academy at the PARC, ensuring they’re ready for a fantastic school year.
We apologize for any inconvenience and truly value your understanding. Stay tuned to this page for updates on our reopening and exciting plans for Culina Market, including new menu items and community events. Thank you for being part of The PARC family—we can’t wait to serve you again soon!
