This will be my last official day coming to Eight with my 'work family'. After daily doses of laughter, amazing food and customers I have considered my extended family, it is going to be quite a change. I treasure all that we enjoyed//endured together, as a family and community. I truly wish you all the very best and hope to cross paths in the future.

"The food was excellent - all four of us were amazed at the quality. Two of us had a mixed seafood dish in a potato basket, one of us had the Mongolian beef (so tender and tasty), and one of us had a pork dish (also extremely tender). The wine list was superb and the mystery lucky flight was fun (and all three wines were wine that I would order again). Many gluten-free options on the menu including a flourless chocolate cake. The service was also a "10". I can't wait to go back!"
