Luis has been running these as a special the past few weekend nights and it's gaining a following!
He prepares octopus, shrimp & mussels and adds fresh lemongrass, lime leaf, shallots & diced cucumber, tossed in laab dressing (fish sauce, palm sugar & lime juice) and a toasted rice powder & chili flake sprink, then mixes in fresh herb mix of cilantro, mint, dill & Thai basil, served on a bed of Thai-style tomato concassé, made with onion, garlic, shrimp paste, tamarind & fish sauce🎏

LAAB G*I 𝓪𝓴𝓪 Chopped Chicken Salad is cooling bright & fresh, made with ground chicken, shallots & lime leaf and so many herbs and spices: chopped cilantro, mint, Thai basil, dill, julienned lemongrass & topped with toasted crunchy rice powder & chili flakes. Tossed in a salty sour umami-rich sauce and served with big crunchy cabbage wedges. Great with sticky rice to sop up the juice🌾
