Meet your newest obsession! Stuffed cookie pie. đŸ„° This beast is my chocolate chip cookie used as a “crust”, then filled with walnut & caramel brownie chunks, Oreos, maltesers, kinderbueno bars, nestle crunch bits, chocolate ganache, white chocolate hazelnut ganache, and Nutella. Then topped off with another layer of cookie dough and baked & chilled to perfection. I’ll be making even more flavors tomorrow, slices will be available for purchase starting on Thursday. đŸ„°

This is absolutely delicious, if I do say so myself!

And don’t worry, one for the store I wouldn’t handle without gloves. But the one in the picture was for my husband. 😆

This was ordered by the sweetest lady that was buying this cake for her best friend’s wedding! Such a wonderful gift & you guys wouldn’t believe all the things she did. Her best friend is a very lucky gal! The cake matched the little flowers on her dress, which was this dainty white floral sundress and they got married in the woods. I miscalculated the amount of dry ice needed and the cake was still very cold, but was told it was refreshing because it was so hot that day! 😆 I sure hope so. RH you were such a joy to work with and I hope to see you soon.

From a couple of weeks ago. 3 tier, 3 layers each tier. Top tier was my Pina Colada Rum Cake, middle tier Lemon with fresh blueberries w/ a fresh lemon curd filling, and the bottom tier is a decadent Dubai style dark chocolate cake filled with dark chocolate ganache,pistachio cream, tahini, roasted kataifi, chopped pistachios & sea salt.

Need catering for your chartered flight? Luxury gift boxes? Picnic boxes? I’ve been working with a private chartering company to bring my food & desserts to the skies & it’s so much fun! I love making gift baskets/boxes. Today’s flight was 3 types of finger sandwiches, fresh fruit platters and fine chocolates. đŸ„°

Meat sweats incoming! John is killing it over at Hogan Yard’s Pepper & Salt BBQ new place! Hands down the best bbq around & the owners are incredible people. We’ve done a lot of catering events together & they always get my recommendation. This glorious hunk of meat was one of John’s prized tomahawk steaks topped with smoked garlic cloves, a thick slathering of butter and finished with a perfect sprinkling of Maldon sea salt flakes. It was perfection! đŸ„°
