🇩🇪 Oktoberfest was a blast! Thank you to everyone who came out and conquered 🍻 We'll be closed the next few days while we put the Tap Room back together. Shout out to AnnaLee Talley, Sleepin' Dogz, Griddle & Grind Cafe! Also, thank you to Ice Shanty for hooking us up, Super Russell & Nikki for manning the inside and outside taps. ⏰️ Countdown is on! We are super excited for our 9th Annual Oktoberfest Celebration tomorrow. It's one of our favorite events, celebrating some of our favorite things - German beer styles, friendships, & live music! Check out the deets for tomorrow below, we're covering all of the bases in this post so read on!👇

Doors open at 12 pm!
🎶Music - AnnaLee Talley kicks off the party inside from 1 to 4 pm. We'll have tents set up out front for the ultimate parking lot party - enjoy Sleepin' Dogz Band outside from 4 to 7 pm. Bring a camping chair! Outside taps will be pouring from 3 - 7 pm (CASH ONLY), so make sure to swing by Super Russell for a beer!
🥨Food - Griddle & Grind Cafe will be on site at 12 pm, featuring a fantastic German themed menu. Y'all know they are popular, they WILL sell out before the day is over (so don't wait to get some grub!)
🍻Drinks - We're celebrating Oktoberfest with FOUR special beer releases. Sorry - no flights tomorrow. We'll be pouring lots of 1/2 liters, full liters, & other sizes, too. It doesn't stop there - enjoy 16 Taps, mimosas, sangria, seltzers, ciders, & more.
🚗 Parking: Parking is limited, we encourage car pooling and Uber-ing (especially because alcohol is involved.) City parking is available down by Riverview Park or along the red brick spaces along US1. We don't care how you get here- as long as it is safely and respectfully. (AKA - don't park in front of our neighbors, Gianna's Pizzeria)
💦Stay hydrated! Water Stations will be available inside & outside, and we will have bottled water available for purchase inside.
🐾🍼Dogs/Children - we promise we love your babies as much as you do -- please, think twice before bringing them, if they are sensitive to noise/crowds. Space is limited, and it will be crowded! Last but not least - BE KIND TO OTHERS and don't forget to TIP YOUR BARTENDERS! We can't wait to party with y'all tomorrow!

❓️We often get asked why we celebrate Oktoberfest in September - Tradition! Here's a little fun fact for ya 👇
🧠 Before it was called Oktoberfest, the very first event was actually a celebration of a royal Bavarian wedding on October 12th, 1810. As the annual celebration kept on, it was eventually moved to September in 1872 to take advantage of the longer days/warmer weather. The tradition is still honored in Munich, as Oktoberfest always begins the first Saturday after September 15th, and runs on until the first Sunday in October.

A seasonal style, brewed every year for Oktoberfest. A smooth, clean, pale German-style lager with a moderately strong malty flavor and a light hop character. This beer truly represents the Bavarian way of celebrating.

🇩🇪Märzen / 6%
The German word for “March” - this style was historically brewed in that month and then Lagered until the fall when it was consumed at harvest festivals. Originating in Bavaria, this amber colored, malt forward Lager has a clean, rich, & toasty bread flavor, with a smooth finish.

🇩🇪 Berliner Weisse / 3.5%
Pucker up! A German beer style known for its low abv, high carbonation, and refreshing tartness - this pale, lightly tart wheat ale is just what you need to stay cool and hydrated. Enjoy it "mit Schuss" by asking your bartender for a shot of Woodruff Syrup!

Prost! Assimilator sets out to pay homage to the Grand-Daddy of all Doppelbocks -- Paulaner’s Salvator. Brewed with Pilsner & Munich base malts, & balanced with Northern Brewer & Mittelfrüh hops, Assimilator packs a punch with rich, malt forward complexities.
