This weeks and definitely one of my top 5 coolest animal observations on the farm! This juvenile spotted eagle ray was just cruising up and down the lines so majestically. I have seen spotted eagle rays before around the farm and at the AQ dock but never swimming up and down the cages of lines on the farm.

After devastating weather conditions from to in South this past year we ARE BACK!

Many Florida farmers had adverse effects from the frost with there crops and livestock including us. But are resilient! After over 5 months we are happy to announce we are back and taking pre-orders for our Sebastian Silvers and Petites.

We are projecting to have availability by mid-October as our 2026 crop is about to come up to harvest size.

Thank you all for your continued support and words of encouragement through these tough times.

Did you know that 1 adult can filter up to 50 gallons of water a day? We have planted just over 1 million oyster so far this year.
That means the Treasure Coast Shellfish farm is filtering about 50 MILLION GALLONS of water a day in the estuary
