Owning a food truck or restaurant means constantly working to create something unique. Erik and I have spent countless hours testing new ideas—some work, some don't, but we're always willing to go back to the drawing board.
It can be discouraging to see other local businesses copy your menu, especially when you've worked so hard to create a niche and build something different. We believe every business has the opportunity to be creative and develop its own identity.
We're incredibly grateful that we're always willing to think outside the box, take risks, and keep creating new ideas instead of copying someone else's. The majority of what we serve is made from scratch, and we take a lot of pride in every item that leaves our truck.
Thank you to all of our amazing followers for your continued love and support. And thank you to everyone who has pushed us outside our comfort zone—it has challenged us to be even more creative, innovative, and true to who we are. We can't wait to keep bringing you new things to enjoy!
