Wild King Nova Lox is in stock in both shops. This ia a season exclusive that cannot be had at any other bagel shop. There are many reason why but its cost prohibitive in most cases. Wild salmon has a better omega 3:6 ratio than farmed salmon and a more balanced flavor profile as compared to farmed fish. The wild salmon season is upon us and soon we will see the coho and then the pinks but come see the king of all on our signature namesake, The Loxsmith.

Hey all , here are some updates. After a long while , i finally feel like our breakfast sandwich program is really good. Try it on our newly improved bialy! Thats my personal choice. Ask for complimentary Loxsmith’s Everything Brand Gochujang Mayonnaise. We have pork roll, bacon & cheese. Way better than any other cheese choice imo. I added puckled cabbage to mine here.

2nd Saturday is street fair tomorrow. The street will be closed off…

West Seattle is looking for a new employee to take over the line cook position so DM or email. 8-12 Thursday-Sunday. Minimum plus tips works out to be around 30/hr business dependent.

We added .usa so download the app…this allows us to over bake so we dont sell out as fast but also save the bagels if we over bake. Go check it out.

We are also looking for more wholesale opportunities. We currently sell to but have the ability to provide for a couple more places.
