Our deep-fried, hand-battered panko chicken breast is tossed in our housemade spicy tamarind sauce, then finished with fresh sliced shallots, chopped green onions, cilantro, and toasted rice for the perfect balance of heat, tang, and aroma.

Everything is made in-house—no shortcuts. We even toast and grind our own rice to create that signature nutty fragrance in every bite.

Our Thai Chicken Rice (Khao Man G*i) – Complete Meal Set

Every serving of our Thai Chicken Rice (Khao Man G*i) comes as a complete meal, accompanied by three essential sides that make this classic Thai comfort dish truly authentic:

1. Signature Dipping Sauce (Nam Jim)
A perfectly balanced savory, sweet, and spicy sauce made with fermented soybean paste (tao jiew), fresh ginger, pickled garlic, Thai chilies, vinegar, and dark soy sauce.
Our fried chicken version is served with sweet chili sauce instead.

2. House Broth (Nam Sup)
A light, clear daikon simmered in chicken bone broth served on the side to cleanse the palate between bites.
Or can be substitute to our Tom Yum Broth—a spicy, tangy soup simmered with chicken bones and fragrant Thai herbs for a bold, flavorful twist.
