Come Celebrate our 16th year anniversary with us at 4th and Wall this week and say goodbye! As we have announced in our previous emails we will be moving out of this location and merge with our second location on Westlake and Virginia at the end of this month starting next week.!

Dear Customers,�

For the last year or so we have been negotiating with the landlord to resize our space and renew our lease on our 4th and Wall location in Belltown. Things did not work out and we hit a road block we decided not to go any further with the negotiations. Additional RENT and OVERHEAD costs along with other Challenges became too much for us to keep Operating in the location.
� We have decided to MOVE our Operations to our 2nd location on Westlake and Virginia, where we also offer grab and go lunch during the day.�

Due to the limitations on space and kitchen size, we will have to rework our menu offerings and reduce it by certain items. Hoping we can bring some back once we have everything running as possible.�

We invite you to come and celebrate our 16-year journey with us through the second half of August as we transition to our second location.�

We truly appreciate all the support that many of our loyal Customers and Friends have shown us over the last 16 years and we look forward to continuing serving you from Westlake and Virginia.�

We will keep you informed on our progress and transition as we get close to final days of our 4th and Wall St. location.�
