Without our vendors we wouldn’t be who we are. We’re so lucky to work with fellow local businesses who aren’t just our vendors, but our neighbors. One in particular that deserves extra love is Villa Jerada - From Morocco to the Levant. ❤️

Currently celebrating 15 years of business, Villa Jerada is owned by a local West Seattle family who brings a commitment to importing, distributing and making the highest quality pantry items of the Moroccan and Levantinian repertoire.

You’ll find their products sprinkled through co/owner and Chef Rosanne’s menu. From the olive oil alongside your Seawolf baguette, the tahini sauce on your Shawarma Chicken Wings, to the lemon ricotta in the Heirloom Tomato Salad, to the pistachio poundcake in the pastry case. Small touches that create a massive impact on our menu.

🌅Red Night at Sky: Rooibos tea, cardamom, pomegranate, sparkling water, served on ice. This caffeine free refresher is made for late summer sunsets or midday breaks in the shade. Created by Barista Sam!

🍊Mont Blanc: Created by our friends and current featured roaster Stamp Act Coffee, this cold brew is made with their Summer Break blend, topped with a vanilla & and orange cold foam and nutmeg.

We’re so lucky to work with vendors who make our job easier—and Sea Wolf Bakers is one of them. They’re always delivering incredible products, always a pleasure to work with, and their customer support is truly the best. We’re big fans. ❤️

Right now, you can find Sea Wolf throughout our menu in a few delicious ways:

Everyone say hello to Stamp Act Coffee, our new featured roaster! ☀️☕️

We’re thrilled to be featuring Stamp Act, a local Seattle roaster who similar to us, believes that the notion of coffee being a community builder is more relevant today than ever.

Stamp Act Coffee was founded in 2018 by Andrew Kent. A Seattle local who’s spent time on all sides of the coffee industry: he worked, and lived, with coffee growers in Ethiopia, created a roasting company in Singapore and worked for years in Australia honing his skills on the perfect flat white.

We are currently featuring their Summer Break (cause we’re not quite ready to let go of summer just yet). Crafted for sunny days and slow mornings, Summer Break is a bright, juicy blend of 3 coffees from Kirinyaga, Kenya, Veracruz, Mexico and Santo Antonio, Brazil.

Roasted medium-light to bring out notes of milk chocolate, pear, blackberry, and a refreshing acidity, this coffee strikes the perfect balance between lively and laid-back. Whether brewed hot or over ice, it’s your go-to for summer sipping.😎

Come enjoy it on its own as a shot of espresso, a pour over, a latte or in our new seasonal drink: Mont Blanc. A delicious cold brew with a citrus vanilla cold foam on top. 🍊
