So I love cookies. In fact, I love them so much that I've perfected my recipe for the best chocolate chip cookie you will ever eat. 😋
They are 2 bite delights. The latest variety is a marbled chocolate chunk 2bite.

Lovely how Fakebook has completely screwed up the "pages or group" parts of a person's profile and gave us fake followers and lots of those effing annoying REELS. Oh and don't ya love how when you wanna post something new, they want you to boost your post and pay for advertising?
Yeah, didn't think so either.

It’s been awhile since NViF has shared food pix especially now that I’m single and have no one to cook for. But this morning was different. This impromptu omelette and potato plate was a great idea. And so was the mocha latte.

Cookie of the Day
Orange Marmalade and Cranberry Oatmeal Delights
BUY THIS
Ingredients :
1.5 cups all purpose flour
3 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup each of following: butter and Spectrum shortening
1/2 cup each of the following: sugar, brown sugar, orange marmalade
2 eggs
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1 teaspoon vanilka extract
1teaspoon orange extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
Dash of ginger powder and clove are optional 1/2 teaspoon each
DO THIS
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
In mixing bowl add eggs, sugars, oil, marmalade and extracts and beat with hand mixer till smooth medium.
In seperate bowl, mix the flour, oats, salt, spices and baking soda and fold in to sugar mixture in small batches to blend well.
On a cookie sheet or baking pan, drop spoonful amount of dough about 2 inches apart. Bake for approximately 8-10 minutes till golden brown.
Makes 18-24 cookies
