ANNOUNCEMENT: With a heart full of gratitude and a touch of sadness, we’re reaching out with an update regarding our Capitol Hill location. After 13 years of serving up top-notch burgers in the heart of Seattle, we are transitioning to a new phase. On January 28, 2024, our Capitol Hill spot will be closing its doors, shifting to a takeout and delivery-only model from a new, kitchen-only location.
This decision, though difficult, is driven by the realities we face: rising rental rates, increasing labor and food costs, especially as we commit to sustainable, local, and organic products and our concerns for the safety and well-being of our staff and customers in the current environment.
While this change marks the end of an era, it is not a goodbye. We’re excited to continue serving you through our online platforms.Our Ballard location remains open, ready to welcome you with the same warmth and delicious fare for a complete dine-in experience.
Thank you for all the support through-out the years, Seattle holds a special place in our hearts, and we remain hopeful and enthusiastic about returning to a new location in the future.
