Closing night: Final Night Guest Chefs
Tonight marks our last service, and we couldn’t ask for a more perfect finale. Our incredible culinary family comes together one last time:
❤️Current Chef du Cuisine - Sheena Eliz:
Lamb Squash Kibbeh with garlic yogurt, sumac shallots & heirloom tomatoes
❤️Former Chef du Cuisine - David Gurewitz:
Shish Barak - lamb filled dumplings cooked in yogurt sauce with pine nuts, cilantro & mint
A beautiful celebration of Mamnoon’s legacy through the hands that have shaped our kitchen.
💙And Thank You, Seattle 💙
After an incredible 13 years, our final service is here. These past two weeks have been filled with so much love as you’ve come to say goodbye to Mamnoon, and our hearts are overflowing.
To everyone who has shared a meal with us over the years - from our very first guests to those who joined us for our final bites - you have been the heart and soul of everything we’ve built here. Your laughter, celebrations, quiet moments, and countless memories have made Mamnoon more than just a restaurant.
To all of our employees throughout the years - the talented chefs, dedicated servers, gracious hosts, and everyone behind the scenes - you have poured your hearts into this place and made it extraordinary. This journey wouldn’t have been possible without each and every one of you.
While this chapter closes, the memories we’ve created together will live on forever.
Thank you for 13 beautiful years of sharing our table, our culture, and our love for food.
Mamnoon to you all🙏
Lastly, make sure to join us for our open house. We will be selling tons of great mamnoon items 9/17 & 9/18. 🏷️
