Thoughtfully roasted 10lbs at a time, this special blend is perfect for cozying up by the fireplace or fueling you for an all day holiday adventure!

As with all our coffees, our revenue-share system contributes a second payment to the growers, so Carlos and the Burni Telong community can continue to improve their farms and their communities.

The reason we don't put "light/medium/dark" roast on the bags is because our focus is on roasting to bringing out the best attributes in each unique coffee rather than to fit a category. We find that people more readily find new coffees they love and might not have otherwise tried, and can explore more dimensions like tasting notes, natural/washed process, or brew methods.
