The team has spent all day preparing- from rolling fresh egg noodles and breaking down hamachi to tasting sauces and getting every station ready. We’d love nothing more than to share that work with you.

Before you pass on the drinks menu, take a closer look. Your favorite dish might just have a perfect match waiting across the table.

At Ramie, our drinks look familiar enough—until the first sip. That’s when Vietnamese ingredients take over and turn a classic cocktail into something entirely its own.

We’re open at 5pm today.

Join us in the lounge all night with our full lounge menu available throughout service.

Happy hour runs twice: 5–6pm and 8–10pm.
