Today's Game Day Special is Bunny chow!

Popularized by migrant workers from the Indian communities in Durban, South Africa in the mid 20th century, Bunny chow is Durban's iconic curry-filled bread; a hollowed-out loaf packed with rich curry. While it doesn’t feature rabbit, the term “Bunny” likely refers to the “Bania” Indian merchant caste. It is now enjoyed as a popular street food all over South Africa.

Perfectly paired with a chilled glass of HER Chenin Blanc from South Africa, this hearty duo is available only today for $25.

🥂 Pop & Pair: Celebrating American Sparkling Wine Day with Elentone

Founders and winemakers, Miggy and Chris Sherry have been quietly making some of Washington's most exciting bubbles since 2013, long before most people were paying attention. Chris grew up in the UK and learned his craft there and in Bordeaux before deciding the state needed someone making serious traditional-method sparkling.

Miggy comes at it from a different angle entirely, with a background in ballet, and she's said the same discipline that dance demands is what shows up in every glass: hours of unseen work behind one good pour. The winery's name is even borrowed from history, an Old English name Miggy found for Chris's hometown while digging through old records.

Come taste what years of patience and two very different backgrounds, brought together, actually taste like. Each wine is perfectly paired with a bite crafted by our own Chef Dane. Seats are very limited! $30pp. Find the link in the bio.

It's Game Day! Today's special is Plantanos en Tentacion - Carmelized plantains, drizzled with extra caramel sauce, served with house-made vanilla ice cream. Paired with OBK Muscat or El Suenito Mexican dark lager for just $25!
