We’re thrilled to announce that Rosita’s Mexican Grill will now be open for Sunday Brunch, and we’re kicking things off in style this Sunday, November 9th with a live performance by the incredible Mariachi Rosario! 🎺💃

This talented group brings such amazing energy to our dining room — and we love that they’re one of the few Mariachi groups in the area with female vocalists!

One of the best-kept secrets at Rosita’s… 🌟

Every evening, Monday through Friday, our talented tortilla lady makes fresh handmade corn tortillas right here in the restaurant. They come warm off the comal, served with butter and salsa — and yes, they’re complimentary.

All you have to do is head up and ask for one! It’s a tradition that both kids and adults love, and it makes every visit to Rosita’s feel a little more like home. ♥️🌽

Come experience it this week — nothing beats a fresh tortilla made by hand 😊

We have exciting news to share with our Rosita’s family! 🌟

For years, Rosita’s was a favorite spot for weekday lunches. When the pandemic hit, like so many restaurants, we had to adjust — and we never quite brought back our weekday lunch hours… until now.

Starting Tuesday, October 7th, Rosita’s will once again open at 11:30am every Tuesday–Thursday (along with Fridays & Saturdays, as always ♥️).

We can’t wait to welcome you back for mid-day tacos, enchiladas, and maybe even a margarita break. Thank you for supporting us through every chapter — this one feels extra special. ♥️🌮

🎓 Big congrats to our newest team member, Justin, on his high school graduation!

Justin’s Rosita’s story goes way back—his parents used to come here while they were dating in college. Rosita’s was their meeting spot, and it’s been part of their family ever since. Justin was just eight days old when they first brought him in. He says he grew up here—coming in every week, getting tortillas, and even falling asleep in the booths. These days, he’s behind the counter and still ordering his favorite: tacos de carne asada.

Congratulations to Justin and to the Class of 2025! 💙

These stories mean a lot to us—especially to my dad, Sergio. If you have a Rosita’s memory or photo to share, we’d love to see it! 🙏
