Chuminh Tofu and Vegan Deli Chef Tanya of Vietnam invites you to experience vegan food made with heart. All are welcomed and all are loved. All food served at ChuMinh Tofu is vegan.

ChuMinh Tofu of Seattle is not a fancy restaurant—it is grandmother’s kitchen. A feeling of family is shared by our customers and employees alike. We offer delicious and healthy pho and spicy noodle soups, banh mi and a variety of other sandwiches, rice combos, bubble tea, and many other delicious drinks. Our specialty is our bountiful vegan buffet. When you are hungry—just relax, enjoy, and eat. A chef has a language and a relationship with food. When Tanya cooks, she loses herself in creating meals that nourish the body and radiate the love we put into its preparation. This love flows back; nuns come from temples to help with cooking, and customers share their lives with us—which warms our hearts. At ChuMinh Tofu we never feel tired with our full days—we only feel the energy our customers share with us. ChuMinh Tofu opened as a small restaurant in 2011. We’ve expanded, but our goals are the same—to serve you delicious and inexpensive food in a warm environment, and to make life easier for the animals we share the world with. ChuMinh Tofu is proud of all our dishes! In the kitchen, our deepest attention and care is put into all of our cuisine.

This December, our hearts are with the people of Vietnam.

Severe flooding has swept through many regions, leaving families displaced, homes destroyed, and countless lives changed overnight. As we experience this season of giving, we believe that compassion is most powerful when it becomes action.

Throughout the entire month of December, ChuMinh Tofu will donate 10% of all daily sales — including catering — to support flood relief efforts in Vietnam.

Every bowl, every sandwich, every tray you order becomes a small light sent across the ocean. A light of kindness. A light of hope. A light that reminds families facing hardship that they are not forgotten.

ChuMinh Tofu will be closed all day on Saturday, December 13th, to allow our team to attend a special spiritual event.

We will reopen as usual on Sunday, but you can still get your ChuMinh fix at our Othello location .cafe in the meantime!
