Happy Pi Day to you and you and you. We’re here with all sorts of pizza, including a new special: The Dumpling Pie!

The idea for this special pizza comes from honorable Tivoli Team Player & pizza pro .g21 who wanted to marry pizza with the flavors of his mom’s pork dumplings. It’s a very winning combination!

It’s a white pie with:
- ground pork seasoned with dumpling spices
- sesame broccolini
- balsamic chili crisp

Available as a whole pie only. Perfect for two with a bottle of some hearty red. Pizza is so good.

Ribollita! Aka a nourishing and hearty bowl of beans cooked to perfection in tomato sauce with veggies, kale, and crispy garlic. It’s not pizza, but it’s a lovely accompaniment to a pizza. Or to a bottle of wine 🍷

Here tonight & tomorrow from 5 - 9pm for dinner and drinks and also frozen custard.

JUST ADDED A FEW MORE TICKETS to Midwestern Tavern Night, for this Sunday, 3/2!

is perfecting his thin crust tavern-style pies, has gathered some special meats for our MEAT RAFFLE, and has made a beautiful cocktail menu consisting of Wisconsin Old Fashioneds, very special Bloody Marys, pitchers of beer, and Malort.

We were holding back kids tickets, but it seems only adults are coming to this shindig (let’s party!) so we’ve released those and made them for grown-ups instead!

Grab your tickets before Saturday - this is a TICKETED EVENT and you need to pre-purchase to enter! Do it on our website (& link in bio!).

Your ticket includes: a four-course meal & dessert, table games, some dice, and a meat raffle ticket! ;)

Happy sunny day, Fremont. We’re open at 11:30am for lunch, all day, with Aperitivo Hour ($5 vermouths and free rays of sunshine) from 3 - 5pm, and dinner (the time of black garlic knots and meatballs) til 9:00pm.

Put on your tavern-tinted glasses and come over for dice, Midwestern Food Trivia™️, and a freakin’ MEAT RAFFLE.

This can only mean one thing: MIDWESTERN TAVERN NIGHT at Tivoli, and we’re celebrating with our favorite things from growing up and coming of age in the Midwest, as well as recent pilgrimages (specifically, honoring search for the best tavern pizza!).

Sunday, March 2, 5 - 8pm

Menu subject to change, but it’ll be about this:

Cheese & Sausage
Fried Mushrooms & Eggplant with pizza sauce
Milwaukee Tavern Style pizza (vegetarian and meat options)
Cold Dinner Salad
Homemade Frozen Custard
Table Games

Plus: pitchers of beer, Wisconsin-style Old Fashioneds, and Midwestern hospitality. You might even win some meat!

🌀New Special Pizza🌀 PORK CHILI VERDE PIE

A white pie base with
🔹chili verde pork shoulder
🔹sliced onion
🔹cilantro crema

A pizza from the heart and mind of resident shredder/master cook/knife balancing magician , who said inspiration for this pie was partially due to his resolution to eat more greens this year. Not sure if having verde in the name counts as eating greens, but we support Asher through crusts thick and thin and he gets a gold star for this delicious masterpiece.

Available as a whole pie only! Come and get one or order online for takeout. We’ll see you soon.

This weekend, we’re donating $1 from every glass of wine and cocktail sold to .w.i.r.p ! They’re good people doing good work for our immigrant community, which is almost always under resourced, and which could use our help in this moment of uncertainty and fear.

We’re grateful to be in the hospitality world of Seattle & more, where our friends and peers organize amazing fundraisers like this one, again and again, for our friends and families and planet 💙

He’s got an early February special pie for you: Buffalo Chicken Pie alla BROOKSY.

APERITIVO HOUR IS HERE ❤️

Starting today, February 3, we’re going to be offering *aperitivi* for fun and for a discount. Get a blanco or a rojo vermouth from Mata (with soda or tonic!) for $5 between 3 - 5pm.

It’s for your afternoon meetup, your chill time with a book at the bar after work or before going out, your time to relax in the afternoon.

We’re not usually busy after the lunch rush and before dinner, but we’re here. Aperitivo Hour is a chance to connect with our neighbors and community while we have time to chat. It’s also fun to offer something we love–a low ABV Spanish vermouth, made in the French style, that is absolutely smooth and responsible sipping–and share our beautiful, light-filled dining room while it’s in peak daylight (even when it is 100% gray outside).
