Our Capitol Hill location and Beacon Hill location will be closed today. We will remain open at SLU and Central for now, but may close early for the safety of our employees if needed. Online ordering may be shut off at times if ordering volumes become unmanageable.

We’re open! After closing, getting tested, sanitizing, and checking in with the King County Health department, we are opening up again. We encourage folks to order online when possible www.seattlechukis.com. Also a friendly reminder that we are operating as to go only. Please no eating or congregating around the restaurants.

All Tacos Chukis locations will be closed until further notice. On Sunday 11/15, an employee notified us that they had tested positive for COVID. They were not scheduled to work that day and had last worked at the Central District location on Thursday 11/12. We encouraged all who worked with the employee to get tested even though employees wear mask and are asked to distance themselves while working. Another employee who was also not scheduled to work informed us they had received a positive COVID test. This employee had shown no symptoms prior to getting tested. They last worked at the Capitol Hill location on Saturday 11/14. While King County Public Health guidelines do not require establishments with positive cases to close, we are closing out of an abundance of caution. We want to assure our customers that we have been following COVID safety guidelines. We understand that concerns that everyone is facing regarding this pandemic.
