Eggs and Plants, a small Belltown restaurant, is looking for a new crew member. We are a fast-casual restaurant and serve great Mediterranean fare. Our customers love our food and appreciate our great service.

This is not a typical server position (we don't have table service). We are a small place (1-2 people during each shift) and as such job responsibilities include a little bit of everything.

You will get your hands dirty, prep food, cook,
You will handle the cash register and serve customers. If there is a customer problem it's your job to handle it to the satisfaction of the customer
You will be responsible for the overall state of the restaurant in your shift. You will make sure the restaurant is kept clean throughout the day.
Please note that due to COVID we are operating at a reduced capacity, and several of your shift will be solo.

Pay:$20 + Tips (typically $2-$3/hr). Your first 4 week are a trial period where pay will be $18 + tips.

We value stability:

If you stay with us 4 months we will increase your wage by $1/hour, to $21+tips.
If you stay with us 8 months we will increase your wage by another $1/hour, to $22+tips.
If you complete a year, we will again raise salary $1/hour, to $23+tips

Hours: 20-25hours/week. We need a person for weekend (and some weekday) shifts that are 10:30-7:00pm

For full time employees (35 hours min) we offer health insurance.
