Two new pilot releases just landed at the taproom🍻

Common Bond
California Common | 5.4% ABV
A gluten-free first-of-its-kind with old-school California soul. Inspired by the hybrid beers of the Gold Rush era, Common Bond brings together the crisp snap of a lager with the cozy character of an ale. Light salted caramel leads the way on the nose, followed by a medium body, gentle roasted notes, and a dry, malty finish. Northern Brewer hops keep things classic with grassy, lightly fruity notes, while millet and caramel rice build a smooth, toasty backbone. Historic style, modern gluten free magic.

Cosmic Tidal Wave
Double IPA | 7.5% ABV
This Double IPA comes crashing in with a juicy wave of mango, pineapple, citrus, and sweet tropical fruit. The aroma is bright and fruity from the jump, leading into a bold rush of mango and pineapple on the first sip. A clean, lightly grainy malt backbone keeps everything balanced while Galaxy, Strata, Trident, Sultana, Motueka, and Erebus hops bring layers of citrus, melon, berry, passionfruit, lime, and a touch of herbal hop punch. Big, bright, tropical, and ready to ride.

We’re celebrating the new month with two fresh menu additions. First, we’re bringing back an updated take on a long-retired favorite: the BBQ Pulled Chicken Sandwich, featuring slow-braised, shredded chicken thighs tossed in a kicked-up version of our house BBQ sauce, topped with pickled slaw, and served on a bun. A little smoky, a little sweet, and a little spicy, it’s the kind of sandwich that will have you dreaming of the dog days of summer.

And for something bright, briny, and full of crunch, say hello to our new Mediterranean Salad: cucumbers, Kalamata olives, pickled red onions, tomatoes, goat cheese, pickled peppers, greens, and herbed vinaigrette all tossed together in one fresh, flavor-packed bowl.
