Weddings are our favourite kind of catering. The stakes are high, the guest list is personal, and every dish carries a memory.
For this one, we cooked the groom’s favorites — dishes that took him straight back to Bangalore. Puffs, Maddur Vade, coconut chutney, and a buffet that smelled like a proper celebration.

One of Rohith’s fondest memories growing up was eating fresh mango shrikand with farm-fresh mangoes! We’ve been watching over video calls as our families back home devour mangoes — and given it’s our first 70-degree market day, we figured we’d bring that memory over here too!

Hottu shavige/idiappam/ string hoppers - many names but invokes the same emotion- absolute bliss!! especially with the kayi Halu or coconut poppy seed payasa . If sweet isn’t your thing try it with the spicy lamb meat ball curry- made with local lamb! (Your protein fix too!!)
