Hello everyone! 🫶🏼 We just wanted to start off by saying THANK YOU. These past 3+ years have been an incredible journey - all thanks to you guys! Bringing Seattle its first Korean rice dogs was such a huge honor and it was terrifying. We didn’t know how the business would do, but honestly, it became such a HUGE success. We went from being the first place to open something like this, to running this business with little knowledge, to now finally confidently having a great system going. When we first opened, we were so excited. Then the pandemic hit and everything we built felt like it was going to fall. We struggled for a while but thanks to you all, your endless amount of love and support, and some patience, we stayed afloat and did a lot better than we ever thought we could. You guys not only gave us hope, but showed us what community can be and what it can do for people like us! So from the bottom of our hearts (from everyone in the Hong family), we just wanted to say thank you so so much for allowing us to serve you and for showing us so much love. Thank you for learning with us, for showing us patience through these crazy times and for being kind to us during this journey. Words cannot fully express our love and gratitude. 🥹🤍
All this is to say that this business will still stay open! Do not worry! 😂🫶🏼 Starting Monday, there will be a new management team and business owner taking over and we would love for you, as a community, to continue supporting ChungChun Rice Dogs, no matter who this place is run by. Show them some love and please keep showing this place some love. 🤍
