Right before Christmas time, we are so glad that we can donate 120 banh mi sandwiches to Community Lunch On Capitol Hill and Mary's Place! Even though it is a challenging year for everyone and our contribution is limited, we are proud to serve our community!

CHẢ GIÒ là sự kết hợp đa nguyên liệu như bún tàu, cà rốt, trứng, thịt xay, khoai môn,... và sự khéo léo của người làm để có những chiếc CHẢ GIÒ xinh xinh, thơm nức mũi, hấp dẫn mọi ánh nhìn.
Chả giò cũng có thể ăn chung với bún. Mai’s Kitchen có chả giò chay và chả giò thường.

☘️ There are many simple dishes that aren’t exclusive nor pricey, but always leave unforgettable flavors throughout time. One of such dishes is Egg roll.
This is a deep-fried and crispy appetizer that combines dry noodle, shredded carrots, egg, ground pork, taro, made especially with home made seasonings. It’s even more special and perfect due to the skillful wrapping of our cooks. Egg rolls are usually served as an appetizer. However, it can be added to vermicelli bowl as well.

Mai’s Kitchen serves both regular egg rolls and vegetarian egg rolls for our customer's preferences.
