When a group of young entrepreneurs has some questions, we’re ready to answer the call!

The students in this 1st/2nd grade class independently created their own store during “free time,” and are now on their way to opening their own cafe. But before doing so, they asked us for a quick visit to learn the ins and outs of running your own restaurant.

Students received a kitchen tour, cost of goods lesson, and had a q&a with before enjoying a burger and fries.

We’re delighted to help the next generation of small business owners learn about food service and hospitality! The future looks bright with these curious and ambitious kids in it.

It’s been a fantastic summer at Big Max! We’ve got pretty pink umbrellas on our patio, a happy and fun crew, and delicious food (as always!).

We’ll be closed Wednesday, August 28 to give our hardworking staff a break. We’ll not be on Queen Anne - we’ll be roller skating - so hit up your other favorite burger spot that night.
