If you haven't checked out our new menu items just dropped this week, WYD⁉️

The Chicken Katsu wrap was a secret off-menu item that was such a hit with our staff that we decided to share with everyone (P.S. get it spicy!) 🌶️

We have also spent lots of time developing our Karak Chai recipe, perfect for the cold weather after your cozy bowl of pho 🍜

Tom Yum Goong is a Thai style hot and sour coconut soup with veggies, your choice of protein, and rice. A must try!

Asalamu'alaikum everyone,

Salima Specialties will be joining all of the local food businesses that are responding to SNAP cuts in the US.

For the fall and winter, Chef Salima will be offering Free Meal Fridays on Jummah beginning November 7th, before the restaurant opens for regular hours. Come pick up from 10-12PM or if you would like to coordinate pick up for priority groups or other drop off sites, please contact us by DM or through the website.

For customers, we urge you to pay it forward when you dine with us as these are dire times for those in need. Donation link is on our website and available in person and all amounts are appreciated.

We want to thank our local Khmer farmers Theary and Sovuth for their generous donation of vegetables to help get this project started. We will begin with offering 100 meals and will increase if we receive more demand.

Chef Salima has cooked and distributed 500 meals per day during the peak of COVID. These times are no different. Please support your local hunger relief efforts during this time 🙏🏽

We are deeply grateful to the organizers of the 62nd ISNA Convention in Chicago for giving us this opportunity to showcase our products.
