Okay we finally tried and it did not disappoint. the only thing we wouldn‘t get again were the cucumbers but everything else was 10/10. you need the wings, and a dry and wet soup! the hand pulled noodles were chewy, flavorful and plentiful!! the veggies in the soups were cooked perfectly and the meat was so flavorful and savory!! we will be back 💕💕 we got medium spicy for both soups

-mala spicy beef + pork ribs soup, medium spicy
-beef rib dry mix (must get) medium spicy
-Szechuan honey wings
-cucumber salad
-HK milk tea (10/10)
-sparking lychee (mom liked hers)
-sparkling lychee

Our Biang Biang family loves celebrating the holidays — so we’re taking a few well-deserved days off!

For Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve, only our team members who volunteered (and actually WANT to be here 😆❤️) will be working. They told us it’s “extra cozy serving noodles on Christmas,” so we said OK!

What we got: Chicken hand pulled noodles, tofu curry hand pulled noodle, chicken popcorn.

This place is a great spot for a cosy and casual dinner with friends, but surprisingly there’s wait times even on a Wednesday evening alluding to its popularity on a busy Capitol Hill street. You can smell the broth as soon as you walk in, which is great because the service is so quick and the staff so efficient so you’re not waiting hungry for long. We ordered the chicken curry hand pulled noodles and the veggie tofu version and a side of chicken popcorn too. The noodles were just the right amount of flavourful, and the tofu and chicken were crispy and worked great with the sauces. The portion sizes are pretty big so we split 2 bowls between 4 people and were very satisfied at the end. There’s other items on the menu like the bao and the other noodle dishes that looked very interesting, and so did their drink options. My only complaint would be that the food was a bit on the greasier side. But great flavours and great service overall. Will come back again!

Pro Tip: don’t be a hero and opt for the highest level of spice, medium is really spicy too and just fine.
