Retreated rice 🌾 better for human gut microbiome and glucose level, question?

It’s not us being lazy. It comes back… different as “resistant starch” after retrogradation. Statement.

When rice chills 🥶in the fridge, the starch reorganizes into something your body processes slower. Less sugar spike.

👉A 2015 study even clocked it: reheated rice had 2.5x more resistant starch than fresh rice.

We didn’t invent anything.
We just accidentally aligned with science.
