Filipino Fridays at the Gumbo House! We are bringing in a traditional Filipino plate at the Gumbo House on Fridays!
Flash fried pork adobo with adobo garlic rice, pancit and Lumpia Shanghai bites! Only on Fridays! Come say hi!

PS: we are in Ubereats and DoorDash for Friday lunch starting today, 11-1:30!

It’s our 1st anniversary! Last year, we opened up our hearts and offered our gumbo to the public. We appreciate EVERY SINGLE ONE OF Y’ALL that came through. We couldn’t continue on without y’all.

In light of that, we’d like to announce that we have found a home at belltown. We will be the mainstay in the kitchen at Belltown Provisions. Starting Wednesday, May 18, we will be open to serve y’all some black pacific comfort food Wednesdays to Saturdays; brunch is in the works for Sundays!

Thank you and we ask for your continued support as we expand service at Belltown Provisions! We are excited for the road ahead.

Today, as we reflect about thanksgiving, we realize there’s a lot to be thankful for. We are thankful for all of you who have followed our journey and for the continued support. We are excited and ready for what’s in store for the Gumbo House.

We also reflect about the land we are on. We are grateful for our Native American people for sharing this vast land with all of us.

We hope that we continue to fight for what is just and right.
