🍝 **Ragu alla Bolognese**
Ground beef and pork braised in a house-made red w**e sauce, served over linguini and topped with Parmesan and parsley.

🍐 **Pear Gorgonzola Salad**
Mixed greens with sliced pears, Gorgonzola cheese, shallots, candied walnuts, dried cranberries, and pumpkin seeds, tossed in a citrus vinaigrette.

Seared ahi over spring greens, romaine & cabbage with carrots, radish, edamame, cucumber, cilantro and pickled ginger. Tossed in sesame dressing, finished with a sriracha aioli drizzle.

🍕 PEAR WALNUT PIZZA
Olive oil, mozzarella & jack topped with fresh pear, ricotta and walnuts. Finished with a honey drizzle. Sweet, savory, a little unexpected — exactly the point.
