Here at That Good Smoke BBQ & Grill, we believe in KISS—Keep It Simple, Silly. We believe that simple ingredients, prepared the right way and made with love, is the only way to do it.

We take pride in what we do, using quality ingredients without cutting corners. Every brisket is seasoned by hand and smoked low and slow for 18 hours over pecan wood, giving it its beautiful dark bark, perfectly pink smoke ring, rich flavor and tenderness that only time and patience can create.

We don’t believe in shortcuts or gimmicks—just honest barbecue, cooked the way it was meant to be. When you take that first bite, we want you to taste the difference that passion, hard work, love, and attention to detail make.

If you’re planning to have a garage sale, don’t forget to sign up so your address can be added to the official shopping map for visitors. There are also FREE booth spaces still available at the City Park for anyone wanting to set up.
