We are so sorry folks.. we had an equipment malfunction overnight. We tried to see if we could make it work with what we had, but ultimately felt that we don’t want to compromise on our quality of service and food and made the decision to close so we could reset.

Nearly everything we do here at The Atomic is made fresh from scratch and takes time to make. We are going to use tonight to remake the product we lost and be on a good foot for the rest of the weekend.

We also have new ways to order our food starting tomorrow as well. More details to come.

Again we apologize for the inconvenience and hope to see you this weekend.

As we wrap up our first 30 days, we just want to say one thing: Thank You.

What an incredible first month it has been.

Not only did you give us a chance, but you keep showing up week after week—and many nights, you’ve helped us sell out. The support from Seaford and the surrounding community has been more than we ever imagined.

To celebrate our first month, we wanted to share a look at what everyone has been enjoying here at The Atomic. This graphic shows just how much food you’ve helped us move and, more importantly, how much you’ve embraced what we’re building.

At The Atomic, we’re all about experimentation, creativity, and growth. Every great experiment starts small, and we’re committed to growing one atom at a time.

As we move into Month 2, you’ll start to see that growth in action:
🧪 New experimental menu items
🎲 More games to play while you eat
🚗 New ways to order, including DoorDash and Uber Eats
👥 Additional team members
⚛️ And plenty more surprises along the way

We also wanted to give a quick update on our liquor license. We’ve experienced a technical setback in the process, but we’re continuing to work through it and will make a big announcement as soon as it’s approved. In the meantime, we’ll be experimenting with some fun new mocktails over the coming weeks.

Most importantly, thank you for supporting a small local business during its first month. As a team of two, we’ve poured our hearts into creating a place where people can gather, eat great food, play games, and have a great experience.

This is only the beginning.

Thank you for helping us grow, and we can’t wait to continue building something special with all of you here in Seaford.
