Lady's Island Oyster We grow Single Lady oysters in Oyster Gro floating cages in the Coosaw River from seed raised in our hatchery.

Our farming techniques provide numerous ecosystem services, making our business good for the environment and our local economy. Enjoy our handcrafted Single Lady Oysters in the finest restaurants in Charleston, Beaufort and Hilton Head or call us to pick up directly at the farm to enjoy at home.

We offered raw oysters on the half shell, steamed oysters and our special Cajun butter roasted topped with breadcrumbs and parm 🤤 Be on the lookout for our next all you can eat event and thanks to everyone who came out for the first one!!
