Holy cannoli!… now that’s a tray! 🤌🏼🇮🇹

Cannolis, lobster tails & seven layer cookies—three Italian favorites, one very good decision.

Happy Mother’s Day to all the amazing moms, grandmas, bonus moms, and mother figures 💐🧁

Sometimes the best gift is dessert and a quiet five minutes alone.

14 years ago today, Simona’s Bakery started with a dream, a lot of hard work, and a love for bringing people together through dessert. Today, we’re celebrating 14 amazing years at the Jersey Shore — and it’s all because of YOU. 🩷

From birthday cupcakes and holiday pies to morning donuts and late-night cookie cravings, thank you for letting us be part of your family’s memories year after year.

To every customer who has walked through our doors, shared a post, told a friend, or supported our small business in any way — thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Here’s to 14 sweet years… and many more to come. 🧁✨

Happy Anniversary to us! 🎉

It’s feeling like s’mores weather 🔥☀️
So naturally… S’mOreO has made an appearance.
Chocolate cake, Oreo marshmallow fillings, fudge icing , and a mix of graham cracker and Oreo crunch in every bite.

Golden layers, toasted walnuts, and just enough sweetness to keep you coming back for another bite.
A walnut danish is simple—but done right.
