We paired a wh***ey-infused coffee with our Dolcino Crème Brûlée — and something pretty amazing happened.

Take a sip of the coffee.
Have a bite of that rich, caramelized crème brûlée.
Then go back to the coffee…

✨ The wh***ey notes soften, the coffee becomes incredibly smooth and balanced, and the flavors just work together.

Coffee is all about the experience — and we’re having some fun exploring what happens when coffee, spirits & dessert collide.

Before green coffee ever reaches our roaster, how it’s stored matters.

Green coffee beans need to breathe. That’s why we store ours in breathable green coffee bags designed to help protect the beans while allowing proper airflow. Improper storage can trap moisture, affect flavor, and cause green coffee to lose its freshness long before it’s roasted.

At The Crafty Spoon, we pay attention to the details before the roasting even begins—because preserving the quality of the green bean means a better roast and, ultimately, a better cup.

Fresh coffee starts long before the first crack. 🔥☕️
