🎇 Do you remember the amazing fireworks show that takes place right in front of the Sunset Club on MDW that got cancelled due to weather?
🎆 It’s been rescheduled for this Sunday, August 2nd!
🧨 That means there will be a gigantic professional fireworks extravaganza and the Sunset Club will have the best seats to watch the show!
🌅 We have a perfect view but we do not control the start time. Our best guess is the show will begin shortly after sundown as last year they started at 9:00
🤯 Traditionally this is our busiest night of the year. When it’s on MDW there are over 5,000 people on the beach. We are not sure what to expect but I would anticipate longer than usual wait times to be seated and longer than usual wait times for food and beverage. We will do our best and have extra staff on but we anticipate the volume will be insane and hard for us to keep up with.
🌅 We do not take reservations but you can be added to the waitlist when you arrive. You will receive a text message when your table is ready.
🪑 Residents can also bring their own blankets and chairs and set up on the beach for a picnic and order food and drinks to-go.
🔥 Regular tables can not be reserved but our firepits on the deck and beach can be reserved for a fee. The fee is on a sliding scale based on time and date.
📧 Firepit reservations can be purchased and secured by emailing [email protected]. Send pricing and availability inquiries to that email. There are only 12 Firepits and they will sell out every night this weekend so act quickly. We do not take reservations for any other tables.
