Celebrating its 60th anniversary in 2020, Andy Gavin’s Eatery & Pub has become an institution in the Scranton area. Since 1988, Andy Gavin’s has been owned by Donnie Surace, a veteran of the local food service industry. Donnie’s family owned a catering business and he worked as a bartender at area establishments since the age of 16. During his ownership, Donnie has made numerous improvements to An

dy Gavin’s including a new kitchen in 1995; frequent updates to the menu, beer list and specials; a new tap system, coolers; and in 2006, renovations to the porch and patio area that make it a great place to spend a summer night. Andy Gavin’s offers a casual, smoke-free atmosphere great for enjoying a meal, watching a game or spending time with friends.
