5 birthdays celebrated, 2 anniversaries shared, over 170 guests welcomed, 3 media outlets visited, and countless smiles, laughter, and lessons learned along the way.

Week one, our dining room became more than a restaurant, it became a place where culinary, baking, and hospitality students grew, created, and discovered their passion, one service at a time.
